Our story

ROCCA was created to help growing businesses bridge the gap between basic accounting support and the senior finance expertise they need to grow well.

The name ROCCA means fortress in Italian — a symbol of strong financial foundations.

Founded by Tsvetelina Naumova, CA, FCCA, ROCCA brings together more than 10 years of experience across External Audit and Financial Controller roles in large multinational businesses.

That experience shaped a simple belief:
