Our story

Rocca Consulting was born from a very simple idea: small and medium businesses deserve access to the same accuracy, clarity, and governance standards as large corporations — without the complexity or cost.

With years of external audit experience in a Big 4 firm followed by industry roles within a global organization, I saw a clear gap in the market. Smaller businesses often run without clear processes, without controls, without reliable financial reporting, and without the support of someone who truly understands the numbers. And they pay the price — in stress, inefficiency, audits gone wrong, and financial uncertainty.

I realized I could bring something unique to the market:
